Before You CommissionI have the right to refuse any commission.I require a 50% upfront deposit before beginning any commission. If the commission is cancelled before I start working on it, I will issue a refund.Please ask about Commercial usage beforehand. Commercial is 2x the base price.Commercial Rights DO include:
- Producing merchandise with the artwork.
- Usage of the artwork without a watermark.
- Usage of the artwork in music videos & other such projects.
- Other miscellaneous monetized use of the artwork. (Available for clarification if needed.)Commercial usage IS NOT:
- Uploading the artwork to social media.
- Using the artwork as a social media profile picture or banner.
- Utilizing the artwork for promotional purposes on social media.
- Showcasing the artwork on a livestream.I do not require royalties for Indies. Please inform me beforehand if the work is for a company.Please let me know if the commission is private before I begin.I do not have a defined turnaround time, as I prefer to make a quality piece over having fast production.
Please alert me if you have a deadline for the artwork. I do not allow rush artwork.I'll allow 2 minor sketch revisions. Any major revisions/pose changes will cost $10.
(Design mistakes are free.)I will not draw: Mecha, Furries, Gore, Incest, or Porn.
Lewd artwork will be at my discretion.
Terms and Conditions
By commissioning me, you understand the following:◊ You understand and agree to the information above.◊ You will only receive a digital file.◊ The images will contain my watermark unless purchased for commercial use or discussed beforehand. Any images posted to social media must contain the watermark and for the intended purpose.◊ I own all rights to the artwork I produce (unless commercial usage is discussed beforehand), including placing it in my portfolio and using it to promote myself on social media.◊ I will own the rights to any designs I create. The design rights can be purchased from me for a fee, which can be discussed at time of commission.◊ I am allowed to cancel the commission at any time if I am uncomfortable with the request or working with the commissioner. At that point, I will issue a refund.◊ If the client refuses to pay the full amount of the commission, I reserve the right to withhold the completed files.◊ If the client makes me uncomfortable or refuses to pay, I am allowed to blacklist them from commissioning me in the future.You are forbidden from creating NFTs from my artwork, or feeding it into an AI.
